…there is not many places like that.

The mountain pension Cottage Piecky has been offering accommodation in Slovak Paradise since 13th August 2005. It came into existence by reconstruction of an original log cabin from the beginning of the 20th century, which was one of the first buildings in the village Hrabušická Píla in the northern part of Slovak Paradise. Its name is derived from the early sawmill and even today, it is possible to find there some of the original log cabins from the end of the 19th century.

The mountain pension Cottage Piecky offers accommodation in Slovak Paradise and for its position it is a good starting point of tourist routes to Slovak Paradise gorges, especially to Piecky gorge, Velký Sokol, Suchá Belá, Kláštorisko and mainly to Velká Biela voda in Blajzly more precisely Kopanec.

Apart from the accommodation in Slovak Paradise and summer or winter tourism, it also offers various outdoor activities, from climbing in summer and winter to mountain biking, skiing, skialpinism, fishing or rafting.

Exclusive interior

in our accomodation facility, we do not make any differences in the room furnishings and their price category. All the rooms are furnished in style in the spirit of tradition and the vernacular architecture and concerning the used materials we have put the accent on their natural origin and the principal elements are stones and wood.

We have put emphasis on the use of natural materials and their suitable setting into the surrounding nature in the interior as well as the exterior. In our beautiful garden, you can have a rest or have a lot of fun with your children either at the playground, playing football, jumping on the trampoline or, in the evening, have a sit-down around a campfire or just relax on the deckchairs or lie on the grass and let yourself be carried away by beautiful night sky.

We are also able to provide service for firms regarding the training room and its required equipment, boarding and accommodation services on our premises. The mountain pension „Cottage Piecky“ is also an ideal place for family celebrations, important anniversaries or friendly sit-downs in the traditional restaurant or in the beautiful garden.

Our guests‘ boarding is in the form of purchasing breakfasts or half-board, alternatively just dinners or individual choises from the menu. You can also make use of our buffet throughout the day where you can get refreshments and freshen yourself with unique beer of the BERNARD brand which we have several types of on offer.
